SHAGFitness Classes

SHAGFit Level 1


SHAGFit Level 1 is our primary class. Join other like-minded athletes in a coach-led class and build your body with Olympic-style strength building plus a professionally developed group "workout of the day".

Boot Camp


SHAGFitness offers Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter boot camps designed to kick you into high gear. Each boot camp session includes body fat testing, "mommy's day out" specials, and monthly movies for the kiddos.

Endurance


SHAGFitness Endurance is an endurance sport training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness, and endurance sports potential. Our coaches have over two decades of endurance-training experience - we get results.

Shawna Gibson


Certifications: CrossFit L1 | NASM | IAAI

Coach Shawna "Sho" Gibson is an Ironman triathlete who has over two decades of professional experience training endurance athletes. Sho's primary responsibilities are Boot Camp and Endurance classes.

Talon Smith


Certifications: CrossFit L1 | USA Weightlifting

Coach Talon Smith is a former U.S. Navy Combat Corpsman and is the lead coach in charge of all of the SHAGFit classes. He is an expert in teaching and training Olympic weightlifting movements.

Jaime Smith


Certifications: CrossFit L1 | NASM | USAW

Coach Jaime Smith is easily one of the kindest, most motivating individuals you'll ever meet. She runs the mid-day SHAGFit classes and occasionally stands in to coach the afternoon SHAGFit classes.

Tony Ruiz

Coach Tony Ruiz is a retired United States Marine and holds a degree from American Military University in Sports and Health Sciences. Tony has over 6 years of coaching and personal training experience.
